Monsey Wine & Liquor ("we") runs shop.monseywine.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, phone number and addresses, if you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not get your Google password.
• Orders: the items you order, delivery or shipping details, and order notes.
• Payment: card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields (Cardknox / Sola Payments). We never see or store your full card number. We keep only the card type, the last four digits and the payment reference.
• Your browser: your cart and a sign-in cookie are saved in your browser so the site remembers you. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

How we use it

To take and deliver your orders, charge your card, send receipts and order updates, reset your password, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the store: our payment processor (Cardknox / Sola Payments), our website host (Cloudflare), our email service (Resend), and UPS or our drivers for delivery. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

Age

We sell alcohol only to adults 21 and older. The site is not meant for anyone under 21.

Your choices

You can update your details in My account. To see, correct or delete your account and order history, email Sales@monseywine.com or call (845) 352-7845. We keep order records as required for tax and alcohol regulations.
